Grant recipients are required to complete and submit reports for their spay and neuter services.

REPORT DUE DATES

• FOR CURRENT 2024/2025 GRANTEES: 

  • Initial Report: Must be emailed by April 30, 2025

  • Final Report: Must be emailed by August 15, 2025

  • If all grant funding has been expended before April 30, 2025 - please check off both Initial and Final report box at the top. Include any final report documents as well. Thank you.
